After 25 years’ experience in industry at a senior level, and a background including strategic leadership, I re-trained to become a teacher in 2010. Since joining City College Norwich in 2015 I have taught students on Further and Higher Education courses. As part of the Teacher Development Unit I have worked with a wide range of staff from across CCN and with trainee teachers from schools, academies, colleges and private training providers across the region.
My aim, from the perspective of staff governor, is to be a valued asset to the corporation in the pursuit of the highest standards, bringing a rich mix of business expertise, knowledge and experience of the college and its operational setting and help to support its strategic direction.
