Applying for more than one course
We understand that you may be undecided about which course you want to study with us, which is why our application process allows you to apply for more than one course.
If you have applied for more than one course, or intend to apply for more than one course, please take note of the following important information.
Your first choice of course
Applications are added to our system in the order they are received, no matter how large the gap is between each being submitted. So, an application received in October will automatically be treated as your 1st choice of course, even if another application is put in two months later.
Please remember to set your preferences when applying. You can check or amend your preferences at any time via your Learner Hub account.
If you want to change your 1st choice or are unsure what you have listed as your 1st choice, you can see this information via your Learner Hub account. If you encounter any issues with this or want to discuss your preference further, please contact Admissions on 01603 773008 or email admissions@paston.ac.uk.
You will be required to make a decision on which choice you prefer by May half term, so we can ensure you have the correct course as your 1st choice preference. This is very important as you are invited in to enrol for your 1st choice course only.
We will do our best to accommodate you if you change your mind before or during the enrolment process. However, as your 2nd or 3rd choice will be someone else's 1st choice it is possible that a course is full and no more places are available.
Interviews
Interviews are available for your 1st choice course preference in the first instance, to help us maximise interview slots. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can cancel or rearrange your date via your Learner Hub account. We recommend you do this as soon as you know you are unable to make it, as slots will then be available for someone else to attend.
