Our friendly and professional Advice Shop team offer expert advice, information and support on careers, finance, travel and much more.
The team are there to make sure you have all the support and advice you need to allow you to focus on your studies and make your time at Paston College as enjoyable as possible.
Advice and guidance for existing students
Due to the COVID-19 situation we have altered how you can access our free advice and guidance.
We are still available to discuss all your options and to help you make the right choice for your next step. We can still offer careers advice for students and advice on courses and careers available to you. However we will be talking to you via the phone or internet for the immediate future.
A wide range of advice and guidance is available to existing Paston College students. You can book an appointment by email or call 01692 668080.

A full range of advice and guidance is available by phone or email for prospective students to help you understand your options and make the right choices.
Paston College Advice Shop opening times
Term time only: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Outside of term time, you can visit the City College Norwich Advice Shop. This is open throughout the holidays, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm by phone or for email conversations.
Matrix accredited service
We are a ‘matrix’ accredited service with qualified level 6 careers advisers available on request.
The Matrix Standard is a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services. It recognises the support individuals get in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
